Returns Policy for Carys Joy Cards

At Carys Joy Cards, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
Non-Customized Products:
We accept returns on non-customized greeting cards and artwork prints if the return is requested within 14 days of receipt.
Customized Products:
Returns are not accepted on customized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@carysjoycards.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you must send the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving the order. The items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damaged or defective items. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Damaged Returns:
For returns of non-damaged items, we will process a refund once we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition.
Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return your original purchase and place a new order.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may be excluded from returns, including:
Customized products (unless damaged or defective)
Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
